• You are in charge of your own information.

Information that is collected by UberMens

1.Private Information

• This includes your email address and self-created password. This information is considered personally identifiable and will not be displayed on our site.

2.Profile Information

• Profile information may include, but is not limited to, member-submitted information such as your username, first name, gender, age, geographic location, and photo. Much of this information is optional.

3.Statistical Information

• Your email address and IP address are recognized by our servers and the pages that you visit are recorded;
• UberMens does not use this information to identify you or to match it with your activities on the site;
• We do, however, track the number of people who view each page, and other site usage data, in order to learn which features are the most popular and thereby improve our service;
• We also record statistical information collected on our site to better understand our audience;
• Contacts e-mail addresses. If a member elects to use our "Invite" feature to invite a contact to become a member of the UberMens service, we ask for the contact's email address and our system will automatically send the contact an email inviting to join the site;
• UberMens stores this email address for the purpose of automatically adding the respondent to the contacts list of the member sending the invitation, and also to send reminders of the invitation.

Disclosure of Information

We do not provide contact information to third party marketers without your permission. We share your information with third parties only in very limited circumstances as described below:

1. Sharing of information reasonably necessary to offer the service

• We may provide information to service providers to help us bring you the services we offer. These service providers may have access to your personal information for use for a limited time in connection with these business activities;
• In the event we merge with other entity or if the ownership of all or substantially all of the UberMens business, or individual business units owned by UberMens, Inc., were to change, your user information may be transferred, subject to the promises made in any pre-existing Privacy Policy, to the new owner so that the service can continue operations.

2. Disclosure to Government Authorities

• We are subject to the law like everyone else. We may be required to give information to legal authorities pursuant to lawful requests if they have the proper authorization or a court order;
• Additionally, we may share account or other information when we believe it is necessary to comply with law, to protect our interests or property, to prevent fraud or other illegal activity perpetrated through the UberMens service or use of name, or to prevent imminent bodily harm;
• This may include sharing information with other companies, lawyers, agents or government agencies.

Control of Privacy and Change of Information

• You exercise control over what information you place in your profile, including contact or personal information, pictures etc.
• The information in your profile will be accessible and shown only to those people or members chosen by you;
• You may modify or remove any of your personal or profile information, pictures etc. at any time by logging into your account. Information is updated immediately;

Security and Protection of Information

• UberMens uses industry standard measures and takes every precaution towards security and protection of the information of the members that is stored on our servers and within our database;
• We apply similar practices for safety of information collected from other users of the UberMens website;
• Your account information is located on a secured server behind a firewall;
• We limit the access to this information only to those of our employees who need access to perform their job function such as our customer service personnel;
• Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, UberMens cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or from our online products or services, and you do so at your own risk.

Changes to the UberMens Privacy Policy

• We reserve the right to change our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use at any time;
• Non-material changes and clarifications will take effect immediately and are updated here without special mentioning;
• If we make any material changes to the policy in the future with regard to how we use your information, we will notify you on our homepage or in our email newsletters.
